For a long time, I felt disconnected from myself. I knew there was something more - but I couldn't fully access it.
That led me into deep inner work - not just mindset, but the body, the nervous system, and what was happening underneath it all.
Over the past decade, I learned how to actually shift what was stuck - not just understand it.
Now, my work is about guiding you to feel safe in yourself, understand what has been running beneath the surface, and move through it in a way that actually holds.
